Trade documents

Trade document processing between Turkey and the Gulf

Commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin in Turkish, Arabic, and English are read together, so quantities, values, and parties that do not match are caught before goods or money move.

2-week pilot

One shipment, many documents

Each shipment carries several documents prepared by different people. Inbat IDP extracts the shared fields (parties, quantities, weights, values, HS codes) from each document and compares them, so a mismatch is caught at the desk rather than at customs.

  • Invoice, packing list, and certificate compared field by field
  • HS codes and totals flagged when they disagree
  • One structured record per shipment

Example workflow (sample data)

A Turkish commercial invoice lists 1,200 cartons; the packing list says 1,180. Inbat IDP flags the quantity difference, shows both source snippets side by side, and holds the shipment record for a quick human decision.
