When you use Talk to Us, we store your name, work email, company, and the note you send so our engineering team can schedule a discovery call. That record lives in a private database owned by INBAT AI.

Client documents processed by the platform are not used to train public models. Deployments are designed for zero data retention, private VPC or on-premise hosting, and regional privacy duties including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and KVKK.

To ask about a record you submitted through the site, write to the same address you used on the form and we will locate it from there.
