A buyer sends a passport scan, a reservation form, and a bank transfer receipt. Inbat IDP classifies each file, extracts buyer name, nationality, property reference, amount, and currency, checks that the amount matches the reservation, and opens a review only for the field that does not match. Approved fields are written to the deal in the CRM.
