INBAT IDP

Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) on the INBAT Platform

Teams searching for IDP software usually have the same problem: OCR is brittle, chat tools are not auditable, and shared cloud AI cannot sit on regulated files. INBAT IDP is the document product on the INBAT Platform — classify, extract, verify, review, and sync — not the name of the whole platform.

What INBAT IDP has to do in a real company

A useful IDP product is not a demo that reads one clean invoice. It has to ingest email attachments and scans, split mixed packets, score every field, and refuse to post garbage into SAP, Oracle, or your ledger. INBAT IDP is that pipeline on the INBAT Platform — not a chatbot with a file upload.

  • Visual extraction for tables, stamps, handwriting, and long forms
  • Confidence scoring with two-click human review
  • ERP, CRM, webhook, and API outputs

Built for the documents companies actually receive

GCC and Turkey-to-Gulf trade files are bilingual, stamped, and inconsistent. Healthcare and government packs are worse. INBAT treats Arabic RTL, English, and Turkish as default — then adds fraud and tamper checks so a duplicated invoice or a missing seal is caught before finance posts it.

From IDP to the rest of the operation

Once documents are verified, they become a private knowledge base. Operations can ask questions with page citations. When extraction is only the first step, the applied studio adds agents that email exceptions, update CRM, or run multi-step back-office work.

Questions buyers ask

Is INBAT IDP the whole INBAT Platform?

No. INBAT IDP is the intelligent document processing sub-product. The INBAT Platform is the parent product and also includes agentic document extraction, private knowledge search, and custom enterprise AI.

How is INBAT IDP different from traditional OCR?

OCR reads characters. INBAT IDP understands documents: nested tables, handwriting, crossed-out text, stamps, mixed-language pages, and packet splitting. Each field carries a confidence score and source highlighting so operations teams can review exceptions instead of retyping entire files.

How is this different from dropping files into a generic GPT tool?

Generic chat models are inconsistent on long forms, weak on nested tables, and not built for audit trails, ERP schemas, or data residency. INBAT IDP is a production pipeline: classification, extraction, validation, fraud checks, human review, and system sync.

Which documents can you extract?

Invoices, receipts, IDs, passports, permits, contracts, bank statements, customs papers, packing lists, certificates of origin, and mixed email attachments. The engine classifies and splits packets before extraction.

Can we deploy on-premise or in a private cloud?

Yes. Cloud is the default. Private VPC and on-premise options are available for banks, government, and enterprises with PDPL, KVKK, or internal residency rules. Documents are not used to train public models.
